Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Participation is open exclusively to natural persons residing in Spain who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. As the Carrera de la Mujer is a women-only event, this giveaway is exclusively open to women. Only one entry per person is permitted.
2. Entry Period: The entry period will close on Monday, 20 April 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted. The winner will be selected ramdomly on 21 April 2026.
3. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. Entry Mechanics: To participate in the giveaway, entrants must provide a valid email address and accept the receipt of marketing communications from Ancient + Brave.
5. Prize: The prize consists of:

* A Morning Ritual including one True Hydration Jar, one True Creatine Jar, one True Collagen Jar, and one Ritual Scoop.

* One entry to participate in the Carrera de la Mujer in Madrid.

The race will take place on 10 May 2026 in Madrid, which is the only available date in this city. The entry is valid exclusively for this race in Madrid and cannot be modified, transferred or exchanged for participation in another city. The runner’s kit and the Morning Ritual must be collected in person by the winner at the Runner’s Fair on Friday 8 or Saturday 9 May 2026, between 10:00 and 20:00 in Madrid. Delivery is not available. Travel, accommodation, and any other associated expenses are not included in the prize and must be borne entirely by the winner. The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be contacted by Ancient + Brave via email.
7. Prize Acceptance and Claim: The winner must respond within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from notification. If no response is received within this period, Ancient + Brave reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data Protection: Personal data provided by participants will be processed by Ancient + Brave for the purpose of administering the giveaway, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Marketing Communications: Participants must accept the receipt of marketing communications from Ancient + Brave as a condition of entry.
10. Limitation of Liability: Ancient + Brave shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or harm suffered by the winner or third parties arising from the use of the prize, except where required by law.
11. Platform Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform. Participants release such platforms from any liability arising from the giveaway.
12. Taxation: The prize is subject to applicable tax regulations. Where required, the winner will be responsible for declaring the prize and complying with any applicable tax obligations.
13. Verification and Disqualification: Ancient + Brave reserves the right to request documentation from the winner to verify identity and eligibility. It also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity or breaches these terms.
14. General Provisions: Ancient + Brave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for justified reasons, undertaking to communicate any changes appropriately.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This giveaway shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
