As a nutrition expert with an active lifestyle, I’ve developed a routine that keeps my energy up throughout the day while leaving space for awareness and recovery. Here, I’m sharing what a typical day looks like with my favourite blends – not as a rigid schedule, but as real-life inspiration for your own journey towards more wellbeing and performance.

Morning: Start with Energy and Focus

6:30am – Wake Up & Hydration

3:00pm – Cacao + Collagen

Between lunch and dinner, I love a little feel-good moment – a creamy cup of Cacao + Collagen. The taste is spot-on, and the combination of raw cacao and collagen gives me a nourishing afternoon lift.
